Based on courses developed by shurukul, we created courses for early stage professionals, and VP level professionals.

With the right mentoring young professionals will the future team leaders and business leaders.

Senior leaders, if nurtured well, may become a member of core team that provides energy and nurtures the organisation, with the Sun at its centre.

The course is created keeping in mind the schedule of professionals at work, and their leisure time. The tenure of the course is at least 6 months so that the learning can be reinforced into habits, and eventually into a lifestyle.

Senior Professionals often need help in reflection, and outside observation. A Coach needs to be a person who has been a top professional for several years (or decade) and goes beyond numbers, psychology and frameworks. We are talking about senior people here!
